Description of the solid block machine
1. Suitable raw materials are wood shavings, wood chips, and corner crushed materials. The blending ratio is at least 30% of wood shavings.
2. wood shavings are the best raw material, the final blocks are strong than using pure wood chips production with amount of glue.
3. The water content of raw materials is required to be controlled within 12%.
4. The shape of the raw material is preferably a thin wood sheet of 3-5 mm or less or crushed wood chips.
