Production Flow Step of Complete Pellet Production Line(Configuration can be adjusted according to customer needs ):

Crushing process for automatic pellet production line :
1. The best material diameter for supporting to produce pellet is 3-5mm. Thus if your material diameter exceed 5mm, then you need crushing machine to crush and grind them into small powder 1-5mm for supporting to produce pellets.

 

2. It mills raw material like tree branch, wood shavings, wood chips, wood logs, cotton stalk, corn stalk, wheat straw etc, with size less than 50mm (diameter). After milled, the output size can reach diameter 3-5 mm, then it is pushed to next process to get dried and pelletized.

Conveyor Process for wood pellet production line:

1.Screw conveyor is consist of a tubular tank which has at least one discharging hole and one feeding hole; the flanges on both ends of tubular tank;

2.The screw blades welded on the central tube; joint bushings on both ends of central tube; two end bearings (one of them is connected with driver) which contain self-regulation enclosed unit; hanging bearing, whose number is depend on the overall length of screw conveyor.
