Washing steps:
1.Start the machine and put the washing materials into it till producing pellets smoothly.
2.Check and confirm all parts of machine working normally. Keep putting and let it has washing materials inside the body. Make sure its working more than at least One hour.
3.Please add some sand or oil into materials according to the moisture of final pellets.
4.When washing process finished and put normal raw materials to press pellets. Be sure the moisture is 15%-20% and without impurity. Keep putting equably (kindly recommend of the screw conveyor for transferring materials).
5.Before finishing every day, Please press pellets with washing materials in order to ensure normal pelletizing for next time.
