Introduction of fish feed making machine:

1. The Animal Fish Feed Making Machine can make many kinds of fodder for different kinds of animal fodder.
It can make poultry-fodder, pet-fodder, as well as aquaculture fodder and fishery feed, which also called floating feed.

2. It is applied to the pretreatment of animal fodder, so as to reduce loss of nutrition, advance the protein content
So the fodder will be digested easier by animals.

3. The poultry-fodder can feed fish, chicken, rabbit, sheep, pig, and horse cattle and so on.
The pet-fodder can feed dogs, cats, goldfish etc The Fishery-feed can feed the fish, shrimps, crab, eel, catfish, batrachians and so on.

Features of fish feed pellet machine:

1. It consists of dry method series and wet method series. We can design according to your requirements .

2. And this kind of fish feed puffing pellet can improve the nutrition composition and digestibility, is suitable for the
fish's physiological characteristics of short gut, poor digestibility;

3. Puffing fish feed pellet can float on the water about two days

How it works:

Advantages of the floating fish feed pellet machine:

1.  We can adjust the cutter of floating fish feed pellet mill to get different diameter and the length
2.  The Electric heating device improve the feed expansion rate.
3.  High temperature and high pressure can kill the salmonellosis and bacterial infections.
4.  The automatic floating fish feed pellet processing machine can float in water for 12 hours.
5.  This puffing feed extrusion machine can make various grain wastes into animal feed pellets with rich nutrition and easy digestion.
6.  Not only for making fish feed pellets, but also suitable for making feed pellets for dog, cat, bird,
7.  Popular with animal breeders, medium sized feed stuff factory.

Applicable raw material

Raw grain, soybeans, soybean meal, corn, amino acids, miscellaneous meals, additives, whey powder, fats, meat
and bone meal, grains, etc.

Practical identification method of final fish feed pellet:

1.Taste identification. Put a few fish feed into the mouth, the bad quality feed tastes weird, the good feed is not.

2.Olfactory identification (Smell) Look at the feed whether it has the musty, rancid smell compared with
 superior feed

3.Tactile identification. (Touch the feed ) Twist the fish feed with a finger and then feel the feed particle size, hardness, viscosity, etc. By these ways to determine whether it is the feed merits.
