Introduction of Poultry Feed Pellet Machine:
Pellet feed machine (output 50-1000 kg/h), based on the principle of circular motion, the template and pressure roller are made of high-strength, high-wear-resistant and high-heat-resistant alloy steel with special treatment, and the main shaft and flat die are under the action of friction drive the pressure roller to rotate.

There is no need to add water or drying during the granulation process. The starch can be gelatinized by natural heating up to about 70 degrees Celsius, and various additives and drugs can be added without loss of nutrition and efficacy. 

The inside of the granules is deeply matured (can kill 95% of pathogenic microorganisms and parasites), the surface is smooth, the hardness is medium, and it can be stored for a long time. 

It is an ideal equipment and model for raising rabbits, fish, chickens, pigs, sheep, cattle and small and medium-sized feed processing plants to reduce breeding costs and improve economic benefits.

Flat Die Feed Pellet Machine for Animal Feeds:

This series machine can be powered by both diesel engine and e-motor. We adopt the new design of direct connection of motor shaft and the main shaft that overcome the loose defect of belt connecting as long time using.

When the raw materials are added in the template by pressing roller, they will be heated to 60-80 degrees by the friction among them. After being pressed through the template, the fodder will be thrown out from the machine in a state of granule. You can choose the size of the granules by using different template with different size of holes in it.

A diesel engine is another choice to drive the machine, together with the clutch and accelerating decelerating device to change its speed. It is still for the belt to drive the main shaft. The feed pellet mill can run smoothly and with few noises.

Working Principles of Chicken Pig Cattle Animal Feed Pellet Machine:

The main shaft and flat die in the effect of friction drives the pressing roller rotating itself. The temperature will rise between the pressing roller and mould disk, then the high temperature will ripening the starch, make the protein denaturation and solidification. Finally the raw materials will discharged from the mould holes. Then the pellets can be get out of the machine through the throwing disk. We can control the length of the pellets according to adjust the angle of cutting knives.

Raw Material for Feed Pellet Making Machine:
Rice husk, cotton stalk, cottonseed skins, weeds, crop stalks and other plant wastes, especially low-bonding and unformed materials.                     
The moisture of raw materials is less than the national standard of 13%. If not, the raw material must be dried. The size of raw materials is no more than 5mm, if not, the raw material must be crushed.
