Work Principle Wood Wool Rope Machine
The rope rubbing device of the wood wool rope rubbing machine includes a rope rubbing frame, a rope rubbing drive motor is set at one end of the rope rubbing frame, and a feeding port is set at the other end.
Above the rope rubbing frame, there are brake devices, rope rubbing driven devices, and rope rubbing devices in sequence.
Bearings are arranged on the rope rubbing frames at the front and rear sides of the rope rubbing device, the front rotating shaft in the bearing is connected with the rope rubbing driven device, and the rear rotating shaft is connected with the wood wool feeding port.
The ropes are made of wood wool, preferably lightly soaked. One person always works on the machine. By adding wood wool to the machine and auxiliary pedal, it determines the thickness and stiffness of the rope. The rope is then wound into a ball, which is removed and tied after reaching a certain winding.
