Step 1: Feed Hammer Mill
Feed crusher is mainly used to grind various feeds and ough feeds. The purpose of feed crushing is to increase the surface area and adjust the particle size of the feed. It's conducive to improving digestibility and better absorption of feed nutrients.
Hammer mill is a machine that uses high-speed rotating hammers to crush feed. It has the characteristics of simple structure, strong versatility, high productivity and safe use. It can crush various materials like crop straws, branches, cotton stalks, corn straw, wheat straw, straw, peanut seedlings, sweet potato seedlings, corn, sorghum, dried sweet potatoes, crushed bean cake, dried bean straw and etc.
Step 2: Feed Mixer
Horizontal Mixer Vertical Mixer

Step 3: Flat Die Feed Pellet Mill
1) The flat mold feed pellet machine uses the shaft to drive without pellets to make pellets. Using high-tech technology, it is much more prescient than the original belt drive. At the time of manufacture, we aimed at those small-scale aquaculture uses, and the pellets made at the same time could be stored for a long time, and no problem for more than half a year;
2) The flat die feed pellet machine also plays a bactericidal role during the operation. The highest temperature is 75 degrees, which can kill your microbial strains without affecting the quality of the material.
3) The matrix and rollers of flat die feed pellet machine are made of high-alloy wear-resistant materials, with long service life, reasonable structure, and durability.
Step 4: Horizontal Cooler:
This pellet cooling machine is base on the drum of rotary sieve which is made up of drum sieve and frame. There is one certain degree between the rotary drum sieve and ground. The outside of the sieve is covered by closed steel to reduce the noisy pollution. On the adjustable speed system, the drum sieve is rotating on certain speed; the pellet is separated and cooled from top to bottom on the rotating of drum sieve. The fine powder is discharged from the front of drum sieve, and the good pellet is outlet from the back of drum sieve. During cooling and sieving process, the rotating is evenly, low impulsion, vibrating, and stable.
Step 5: Controller:
The electric control cabinet adopts Delixi components to control all equipments of the whole line, which greatly improves the operating efficiency and saves manpower.
