1-1.Wood Crusher

9FH series wood crusher can process wood materials (raw wood, logs, tree root and tree branches) with size less than 200mm (diameter) and moisture below 30%. After crushed, the output size can reach diameter 1~10mm.

 

The final sawdust will be sent to the gathering place by the air blower. The whole machine only need one electric motor, with simple structure, working stable, low energy consumption, high output and low cost.

1-2.Screw Conveyor

Screw conveyors are used to convey particle materials such as sawdust, rice hull, pulverized straw,bulk solids or sludge both on horizontal and high inclination, and are designed to provide an enclosed method of transferring materials from one point to another.

It is consisting of a screw inside a hollow pipe, contained within a tube and it is turned with the help of a motor in order to deliver material from one end of the conveyor to the other. We also add the magnetic part on this machine which can get rid of the metal thing in the raw material.
